Refund policy


Return & Exchange Policy

You are entitled to a 30-day return window, meaning you may submit a return request within 7 days upon receiving your items.
Returns must satisfy all the following requirements: goods must remain in their original intact condition as delivered, unopened, unused, with all original tags attached and original packaging preserved. You are also required to provide your invoice or proof of purchase.

Once your return application is approved, we will send you a return shipping label together with step-by-step shipping instructions and the receiving address. Any items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damaged Goods & Shipping Errors

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt of the package. If items arrive defective, damaged in transit or incorrect, contact us right away. We will verify the issue and resolve it properly for you.

Special Items / Non-Returnable Goods

Returns are not available for certain product categories, including perishable goods (food, fresh flowers, plants, etc.), custom-made personalized products, and personal care & makeup items. Dangerous goods, flammable liquids and gases are also non-returnable. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, feel free to contact customer service.
All discounted promotional merchandise and gift cards cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Exchange Instructions

The fastest way to obtain your desired replacement item is to submit a return request for your original product. Once your return is approved, place a new separate order for the new item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Regulation

Orders delivered to EU regions are governed by separate rules. Consumers hold the right to cancel their order and return goods within 14 days without providing any reason.
Items must still be kept in their original delivered state: unused, complete with all tags and original packaging, accompanied by valid purchase proof.

Refund Information

We will notify you of your refund approval after receiving and inspecting your returned goods. If approved, funds will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card issuers may require additional processing time to post the refund to your account.
If you fail to receive your refund more than 15 business days after approval, email our customer service at [email protected].
If the return is due to reasons attributable to the customer, all return shipping fees shall be borne by the customer, calculated based on the courier’s official rate card.
If items are damaged or shipped incorrectly due to our error, you will not be responsible for any return delivery costs.
